Kuno Privacy Policy

At Kuno, we take the privacy of our users very seriously. We collect and use only the personal information necessary to enhance our users' experience on our website and provide them with quality services. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.

Personal data collected by Kuno may be directly transmitted by a User when browsing the Site or in the context of the formation and execution of an Order. When you make a purchase on our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide. This information includes but is not limited to any User's full name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, occupation, home address or login information. We may collect personal data directly transmitted by the User in a questionnaire established by Kuno and submitted to certain Users in connection with the purchase of certain Products. We also collect data via Cookies. How do you obtain my consent? When you provide us with your personal information to create an account on to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, we assume that you consent to our collection and use of your information for this purpose only. If we ask you to provide your personal information for any other reason, such as email marketing, we will ask you directly for your express consent, or we will give you the opportunity to decline. We transmit only the data strictly necessary to the mission of each of our partners and subcontractors. Concerning data on our customers: our logistic partners (partners of delivery of products and those which receive the possible returns of products); our data-processing subcontractors (provider which manages the videoconference; provider of management of the messages such as the chat; provider of sending of emails). With regard to data on our prospects and users: our subcontracted IT service providers (service provider managing messages such as requests for information; service provider sending newsletters).

In order to ensure that Users have the necessary control and visibility over the processing of their personal data, we guarantee the proper exercise of their rights. Thus, any natural person has the right to exercise the following rights: right of access to the processing right of opposition to the processing right of rectification of the processing right to the limitation of the processing right to oppose to the profiling right to the portability of the data right to the deletion The persons concerned by the processing of personal data can exercise their rights with the company PUISSANCE 4: by electronic way: with proof of identity. We have a period of one month to respond from the receipt of the request. An extension of 2 months is possible in view of the complexity and number of requests, provided that the person concerned has been informed within the initial period of one month. As a data controller, we take great care to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data collected and processed. We have appropriate security measures to ensure the physical security of the buildings housing our systems, the security of the computer system to prevent external access to personal data and having secure copies of Users' data. We take care to select subcontractors based on their ability to ensure the security of processing through appropriate measures. 


The processed data are kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The starting point of the period of conservation of personal data is set at the latest date between the date of a linguistic session by a User and the date of the last activity of the User. Certain types of processing are subject to specific retention periods. For example, invoices are kept for 10 years; data relating to the execution of an order is kept for up to 5 years after the end of the execution of the obligations; personal data collected during navigation on the Site is kept for 36 months from the last activity.

Kuno invites all users to consult the personal data management policies of the various social networks to learn about the personal data that may be transmitted by them. 


Mailing and SMS With your consent, we may use your contact information to target you advertising including email and SMS. The User has the possibility to retract, at any time, to the reception of these solicitations by carrying out the following actions: for the solicitations by email, by clicking on the link of unsubscription inserted in each email; for the solicitations by SMS, by sending a message containing the only mentions "Stop SMS" to the number indicated in this one.  Advertising retargeting We may use the services of companies whose role is to identify Internet users who have already visited the Site and to send them personalized e-mails.
